Links or references to products are provided for information only, and we do not control the stock, packaging, or delivery of anything bought elsewhere.

The pages here describe categories such as natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and energy and endurance supplements, along with everyday context about healthy lifestyle products. Nothing on this site is an order form, an offer to sell, or a reservation of stock.

No. This site is a reference guide about natural supplements and vitamins. Orders, payment, delivery, and returns all happen with a separate seller under that seller's own terms, so any question about an order belongs with the shop you bought from.

May I copy a page from the guide?

Short passages are fine when you credit AlamSehat and link back to the page you used. Copying a guide in full and republishing it as your own is not, and the same applies to lifting our page structure into a competing site.

A page disagrees with the pack I have. Which one wins?

The pack wins, always. Labels and formulas change and our pages can lag behind between reviews. Send the wording from your label to [email protected] and we will compare it against the page and correct what needs correcting.

Do these terms apply when I message you?

Which law applies, and where to ask

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall to the competent courts there. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the unreachable clause is read as narrowly as the law allows.
